Swimming
The life skill we all want, need, and deserve. Goals my students and I reach together range from:

Comfort with Water
Everyone has the right to not be afraid of the water. Whether it be a lake, the ocean, or the local pool, no one should feel like they are limited due to fear. It is my number goal to have every customer feel comfortable being in the water.

Healthy Habit Building
By enrolling your child in swim lessons early, they will learn important motor skills towards their coordination development. Through a variety of movements using all muscle groups, your child will be on their way to learning new movements that will help keep them healthy.
Sheena has great ways of engaging with my children to make sure that they learn how to swim along with having fun!

Fun in the Water
With songs, games, and fun drills to help reinforce swimming concepts, kids feel like being in the water is fun. Associations with positive experiences will help your child foster a new love for swimming.
My kids have shown immense progress after signing up for this program. More importantly, I can see there is a level of comfort in the water that allows me to feel at ease when watching them on the side of the pool.
